Reclaim Your Body’s Freedom.
Addressing Chronic Discomfort, Posture, and Injury on Maui
Imagine moving without limitations, feeling lighter, and truly at home in your body. On Maui, your journey to lasting comfort and ease begins here.
Are you struggling with:
Chronic pain?
Recovering from an injury?
Seeking relief from poor posture that impacts your daily life?
I’m Sacha Prescott, a Certified Rolfer and Structural Integration practitioner right here on Maui, in Haiku. For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals like you transform their relationship with their bodies, guiding them toward lasting comfort, strength, and fluidity.
What is Rolfing Structural Integration? Your Path to Lasting Body Alignment
As Dr. Ida P. Rolf, the founder of this transformative bodywork method, famously said: “When the body gets working appropriately, the force of gravity can flow through. Then, spontaneously, the body heals itself.”
Rolfing Structural Integration is more than just a massage; it’s a systematic process designed to reorganize your body’s entire fascial network—the intricate web of connective tissue that gives you shape and support. Through a unique 10-session series of hands-on manipulation and movement education, we work together to:
Release deep-seated tension and chronic patterns of holding.
Improve your posture and balance in relation to gravity.
Alleviate chronic pain in areas like the back, neck, shoulders, and hips.
Increase flexibility and range of motion.
Enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Foster a profound sense of body awareness and vitality.
This educational process helps your body “unlearn” restrictive habits and return to its natural state of ease and efficiency, allowing you to move through life with greater freedom and enjoyment.
Meet Sacha Prescott: Your Certified Rolfer on Maui
My journey into Rolfing began at a young age, further cemented by a severe back injury that profoundly reestablished my admiration for this work. Witnessing the remarkable transformations in my own yoga students after they experienced Rolfing, I knew this was my calling.
I received my initial training at the prestigious Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO in 2004, pursued advanced studies there in 2005, and completed specialized training in Brazil in 2006.
My approach to Rolfing is built on a cohesive partnership with you. I believe in dynamic movement during sessions to reeducate your muscles and enhance your body awareness. My touch is informed and precise, yet always gentle and mindful of your comfort level.
With over two decades as a yoga instructor (Bikram, Ashtanga, Shadow) and a background as a certified GYROTONIC® instructor, I bring a rich understanding of movement, anatomy, and holistic wellness to every session. This diverse experience allows me to offer a truly integrated and intuitive approach to your body’s unique needs.

Took care of my back pain, highly recommend.
The Rolfer with the Magic Hands, Sacha is very professional and easy going at the same time. I felt comfortable with her almost immediately. She is very knowledgeable about the skeletal and musculature systems, as well as nutrition, and other holistic approaches to health problems.
I had two back surgeries prior to seeing Sacha and was desperate for any solution to minimize the relentless, chronic back pain I had been suffering for the past four years. Unfortunately, my last surgery left my spine in an extremely tight and protective posture which, Sacha pointed out, was not allowing me to walk or move in a normal fashion. She has dedicated years of study to her profession, and she can feel exactly where the tension and pain is in your body without you having to tell her. She keeps notes on your condition and tracks your progress throughout her sessions.
Please be aware that rolfing is more than just massage; it is a very deep tissue and muscle manipulation that can be temporarily quite painful during the procedure. I had extremely tense lower back muscles as a result of my injury that required a lot of work to release their constant state of contraction. Sacha, however, was very conscious of my tolerance level and she was careful to push only as far as I felt comfortable. It requires a great deal of trust, as many of the areas she opens up are quite sensitive for some. If you allow yourself to feel some pain or discomfort during the first couple of sessions and remain open minded to Sacha's suggestions, you will understand the benefits as the sessions progress.
Although I am not completely pain free yet, Sacha has given me my life back and the pain relief and flexibility I have gained are well worth her reasonable fees. She has done more for me than any medical doctor, and believe me, I have seen a slew of them. I would recommend you try one session to see if it is for you. If you feel relief I would suggest her 10 session package to anyone who is looking for a radical change in their posture and body mechanics. Her experience and methodical approach are exceptional. Go see her, you won't regret it! Email me if you would like to learn more about my experience.

Sacha is a consummate professional healer. After suffering for years, I found rolfing, and Sacha. Working with her through a 10 series was both emotionally and physically life changing. Sacha works deeply to ensure her clients experience the maximum from the work. Sacha's extensive facility with the rolfing practice, combined with her keen her intuition, and connection with her clients yields a very customized and complete experience. Sacha cares tremendously about her work, and about the experience each of her clients has in every session. She is kind, nurturing, flexible, and supremely effective. I cannot recommend Sacha more highly. She and her work have set me on a new and better path in more ways than I can count. I am eternally grateful.

Sacha is amazing! My husband and I signed up for the 10 part Rolfing series. I had never heard of Rolfing before (my husband read about it) and thus entered the whole experience with no expectations or ideas on what it was all about. It's been 3 months since that point and Rolfing has been one of the best experiences in body work that I've done so far. Being relatively healthy (mid 20s) people, I wasn't sure at first, what Rolfing could do for me. It did so much! I came to Sacha with minor back problems and wobbly ankles (I tend to roll out on my ankles a lot) and she was able to help me through both. My husband, is very flat-footed and his R leg turn out quite noticeable. She was able to straighten that out on the first try! Overall, I think the best thing we both got out of this experience was a sense of "body awareness." As part of the Rolfing, Sacha will teach you ways to stay in tune with your body to prevent aches and pains. She's helped me learned to walk with my shoulder and lengthened my stride. Before, I used to walk very heavily and thus become exhausted quickly. I also was very clumsy bc of my weak ankles. Today I find I can walk much longer and I don't feel the strain in my shins as much.
I would honestly say that Rolfing is not for everyone. It is a bit painful but nothing that a little breathing and concentration can't handle. However, if you're the type of person that can't handle deep tissue massage, then I would not recommend Rolfing for you. Also, remember that Rolfing can't fix EVERYTHING. So, you can always do a consult with Sacha to see if it'd be worth your time. Secondly, Rolfing is a commitment. Be sure to block out enough time for it bc the therapy works in sequence. Lastly, Rolfing is an active process which means you are involved in making the changes in your body. Sacha usually gave me homework to think about between the sessions. It was a way to engage my body to use the tissue that she worked to loosen so that the changes would be more long lasting.
In the end, I think Sacha is a wonderful person and therapist. She is funny, smart and super easy to get along with. She has amazingly strong hands and years of experience. I would recommend her even for a regular massage.
